Shipping & Delivery

The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality, check and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Insured Shipping: If item is lost in delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item with no extra cost to you provided sufficient proof is provided.

Priority Insured Shipping: Your Delivery is put at the top of our Orders List each day which we send to our manufacturers. Depending on the order volume we're receiving, expect time may remain similar/equal to Standard Shipping times. Your item is also Insured.

Some product might shipped out separately and arrive on difference time because we have warehouse from difference location.

Tracking Numbers frequently take a few days to a week to update and display correct tracking information. Please use a 3rd party website such as https://17track.net to track your order.

Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.

Depending volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice is the quality of our products. Thanks for understanding.

Changes Request

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@darlydoor.com and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.

Shipping Methods & Fees

Carriers & Service Levels
We partner with major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) and trusted local partners (e.g., Canada Post, Royal Mail, DPD, Australia Post). Available service levels appear at checkout based on your address and item(s):

Standard Shipping-$4.99
Express Shipping-$6.99

Processing vs. Transit Time

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (peak/holidays: 5–7 business days) to pick, pack, and hand over to the carrier.

  • Transit time: Starts after handover to the carrier and varies by destination/service level.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • Unless otherwise noted, orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place): import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees are collected by your local customs or carrier and are customer’s responsibility.

  • For select destinations we may offer DDP (prepaid duties/taxes) at checkout. When available, the estimated amounts will be shown before payment.

Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking link is emailed once your order ships (updates may take 24–48 hours to appear).

  • If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier may re-attempt or hold at a pickup point. Unclaimed/undeliverable parcels may be returned; reshipment costs may apply.

Addresses & Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO/DPO: Only eligible for certain services (usually Standard).

  • Address changes: Possible before shipment only; after handover, please contact the carrier.

  • Multiple items: We may ship from multiple warehouses; items may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Remote Areas & Surcharges
Remote addresses may incur a carrier surcharge. We’ll notify you before shipping if applicable. Oversize/overweight items may require special handling.

Shipping Insurance (Optional)
You can add shipping protection at checkout to cover loss or damage in transit. Claims typically must be filed within 30 days of the last tracking update.
